Be You

“To be you in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”

Part of this “world that is constantly trying to make you something else” is our very own mind and ego. We allow our mind to pull us away from what feels good and what lights us up.

The mind wants to protect you from being hurt, feeling emotional discomfort and pulls upon past experiences to hold us back. Though the person that you were when you experienced that past life lesson isn’t the person that you are today.

The greatest accomplishment we can experience in our lives is tuning into who we are and living our truth. This is not an easy accomplishment, it is a daily effort to tune into yourself and pull the courage to listen to your gut instinct. We’re not taught to make decisions or choices from our instinct and follow the path that will bring us joy.

It is daunting, can make us feel vulnerable and raw. It takes courage to step outside of our comfort zone in the hopes of finding a path that’ll bring us joy and make us happy.

There is no simple or easy way to overcome the fear that holds us back. To be able to concur our greatest discomforts we must dive into them head first, embrace the discomfort and believe in our ability to overcome obstacles.

You have everything you need within yourself to achieve your wildest dreams and to be truly yourself. Love yourself for who you are, let your light shine and you’ll find others who love you for simply being the beauty of yourself.

I would love to hear if this resonates with you and how you will step into the fear in the comments below. Share open and freely, we’re all on a journey to finding our health, happiness and love. What works for you might just be the thing that clicks for someone else, so please share.
